ING Poland's IT team supports financial markets and treasury by developing and maintaining key systems for money market, foreign exchange, and capital market transactions. The team works with dealers and liquidity and risk management teams to deliver stable, secure, and regulatory-compliant solutions.

• Analyze business needs and translate them into IT requirements;
• Collaborate with stakeholders and the development team;
• Create and maintain analytical documentation;
• Support and participate in testing;
• Participate in designing IT solutions.

• Collect, analyze, and document business and system requirements;
• Model business processes;
• Create analytical documentation;
• Use SQL (Oracle, MS SQL) at an intermediate level to analyze data and build reporting solutions;
• Analyze data and draw accurate conclusions;
• Have basic knowledge of system integration, including API, REST, and SOAP;
• Communicate effectively with both business and technical teams and coordinate tasks across organizational units;
• Demonstrate highly developed analytical and logical thinking;
• Nice to have: Mathematics education, basic JAVA knowledge sufficient for code analysis, familiarity with analytical techniques, understanding of financial market products, professional experience in financial institutions.
