• Execute operations in the role’s area of expertise using supporting tools, including survey execution, report building, analytics, and automation;
• Provide analysis and deep insight to support senior leadership decision-making, business and operations management, and continuous improvement;
• Own end-to-end delivery of workstreams for ICH-led projects with strategic importance for Oliver Wyman or involving complex system and process implementation;
• Serve as a subject matter expert to the firm in survey execution, reporting and analytics, and automation;
• Collaborate with teams across Oliver Wyman functions, Marsh businesses, practices, and regions;
• Drive process standardization, documentation, and improvement, and ensure operational compliance;
• Support standard ICH operational processes, cover for other team members, and provide continuous service to the business.

• Hold an undergraduate or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role; Senior Business Analyst II requires at least 5 years’ experience;
• Demonstrate advanced digital fluency and the ability to learn and use a range of digital tools;
• Have advanced analytical capabilities, including data gathering, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and reporting;
• Have expertise with tools supporting operational processes, such as Qualtrics, Power Automate, and GenAI;
• Have expertise with tools for data analysis, statistical programming, and reporting, such as Excel and VBA, Python, and Tableau Suite;
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word;
• Have strong knowledge of business processes and project management fundamentals;
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, a growth mindset, adaptability, resilience, creative problem solving, and out-of-the-box thinking;
• Be able to work independently, learn proactively, manage work to deadlines and service-level agreements, and collaborate across multiple functions, geographies, and businesses;
• Have fluent business English with strong writing and verbal skills;
• Nice to have: Recognised Business Analyst certification or training, such as a BCS Business Analysis diploma or ISEB qualification.
