• Lead business analysis activities for strategic Markets pricing, valuation, and risk management initiatives;
• Partner with stakeholders across Trading, Market Risk, Finance, and Technology to gather, analyze, challenge, and document business requirements;
• Support the re-platforming and modernization of Markets platforms, processes, and analytical capabilities;
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, functional specifications, and prototypes;
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage dependencies, and facilitate collaboration across multiple workstreams;
• Work with technology teams to design and deliver scalable solutions that meet business objectives;
• Develop and enhance dashboards, management information, reports, and data visualizations to support risk monitoring and decision-making;
• Support testing, user acceptance activities, and implementation of new functionality and system releases;
• Provide subject matter expertise across Markets products and risk management processes;
• Drive stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption activities to ensure successful business outcomes.

• 5–10 Years of experience in Business Analysis within front office risk, market risk, or product control technology;
• Strong understanding of financial markets, banking technology, and risk management processes;
• Experience working with financial products, including derivatives across one or more asset classes;
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements;
• Experience leading small to medium-sized technology or change initiatives within Front Office or Middle Office functions;
• Strong project delivery skills with the ability to manage priorities, timelines, and stakeholder expectations;
• Experience coordinating and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Risk Managers, Finance teams, Operations, and Technology stakeholders;
• Comfortable working in Agile delivery environments and partnering closely with development teams;
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to drive requirements, facilitate discussions, and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements.
