• Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements with stakeholders;
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as specifications and user stories;
• Present and clarify requirements with development and QA teams;
• Manage requirements throughout the full project lifecycle;
• Analyze delivered solutions and suggest improvements;
• Consult stakeholders on product functionality and interactions;
• Identify risks and opportunities for product development;
• Maintain and improve documentation standards.

• 3–5+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT;
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation and documentation including User Stories, Use Cases, and BRD;
• Experience in process modeling and visualization using BPMN, UML, and mockups;
• Good understanding of SDLC;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to clearly structure and communicate information;
• Experience with Jira and Confluence;
• Fluent in Russian;
• English B1+;
• Nice to have: experience in iGaming or payments, basic understanding of REST API and JSON.
