задачи
- Review IT Service Catalogue, IT Service Request Catalogue, and the requests backlog to identify templates for creation, update, or removal;
- Review current IT Service requests back-end and front-end workflows and propose improvements;
- Propose requirements for Service requests templates and handling processes;
- Update or create new Service requests templates for implementation in the ITSM solution;
- Test developed Service Request Templates;
- Identify opportunities for optimization and automation;
- Prepare pre and post-implementation documentation;
- Communicate and promote implemented improvements to end users and support teams.
требования
- Upper secondary or postsecondary school diploma;
- Excellent understanding of IT Service Management, specifically IT Service Catalogue and IT Service Request Catalogue;
- Practical knowledge and experience with ServiceNow Business Analysis;
- Practical knowledge and experience documenting user stories and workflows;
- Practical knowledge and experience translating business requirements into technical specifications, use cases, and diagrams;
- Practical knowledge and experience testing implemented solutions;
- Understanding of IT service management across the lifecycle;
- Understanding of complex information systems and their interoperability;
- English C1;
- Nice to have: Previous experience working in end user support.
