Xsolla is a global commerce company providing tools and services to help video game developers fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. The organization operates as a merchant of record, supporting developers from indie to AAA studios in reaching players and growing businesses worldwide.

• Create testable hypotheses for customers using multiple data sets;
• Craft simple, executive-ready narratives for non-analysts;
• Recommend and launch high-leverage A/B tests;
• Partner with Game Data Analysts and Data/ETL engineers to maintain clean, secure, and well-defined data;
• Use genre benchmarks to contextualize results and capture repeatable wins;
• Use market data to benchmark and validate internal findings.

• 2–5+ Years of experience in game analytics with a track record of presenting to non-analysts;
• Proficiency in UA, creatives, MMPs, monetization/live-ops, and payments conversion;
• Solid SQL and BI literacy with the ability to validate metrics and sanity-check pipelines;
• Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests;
• Ability to work at a high level in SQL, Python, or R;
• Nice to have: Language coverage for key markets (Russian, Chinese, Korean), experience with titles in multiple genres and platforms.
