• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools;
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights;
• Build and maintain dimensional data models that support reporting and self-service analytics;
• Perform EDA, validate data quality, and ensure the reliability of reporting outputs;
• Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize reporting and analytics requirements;
• Automate recurring reports and analytics processes to improve efficiency and scalability;
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business needs;
• Present analytical findings and recommendations while supporting improvements in reporting standards, data governance, and analytics best practices.

• 4+ Years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytics role;
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python or R for data analysis and reporting;
• Hands-on experience with exploratory data analysis (EDA), reporting, data modeling, and data visualization;
• Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, or Google BigQuery;
• Familiarity with dbt for data transformation and modeling;
• Strong understanding of dimensional data modeling and data warehousing concepts;
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions;
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to communicate insights to both technical and business stakeholders;
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English proficiency, fluent Ukrainian, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to collaboration;
• Nice to have: Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Looker, or Adobe Analytics.
