Siemens Global Business Services supports Sales and Finance by analyzing business performance, developing reporting and forecasting solutions, and contributing to digital transformation across its businesses.

• Partner with Sales and Finance teams to understand business drivers, renewal forecasts, and performance trends;
• Design and continuously improve forecasting processes and reporting methodologies;
• Build and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using Power BI and Excel;
• Analyze and consolidate data from multiple sources to support business and financial decision-making;
• Develop proof-of-concepts and analytical solutions to address business challenges and improve processes;
• Prepare and deliver business reviews, executive reports, and presentation materials for management;
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling business narratives;
• Ensure data accuracy, meet deadlines, and drive initiatives with a strong ownership mindset.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling and business analysis;
• Advanced Excel skills, including external data connections, Pivot Tables, and data analysis techniques;
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards and data visualizations;
• Good knowledge of reporting and analytics tools;
• Experience in finance analytics, forecasting, performance management, or business intelligence;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English;
• Ability to combine technical expertise with strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills;
• High attention to detail, accountability, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
• Nice to have: experience in Sales Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, or Business Controlling; knowledge of software business models, subscription/renewal business, and forecasting processes; understanding of IFRS 15 and Revenue Recognition principles; experience with process automation, scripting, or programming; background in the financial services sector.
