• Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources, including relational and NoSQL databases;
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and processing;
• Use Python for advanced data processing, statistical analysis, and automation;
• Apply statistical inference methods, including hypothesis testing and regression analysis;
• Conduct A/B testing and interpret results to support data-driven decision-making;
• Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and visualizations in Power BI, Tableau, and QlikView;
• Select appropriate visualization methods for different business cases;
• Work with different BI data access modes;
• Evaluate and optimize BI licensing models and provide recommendations on functionality, scalability, and cost;
• Integrate, analyze, and visualize data in cloud environments;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytics;
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to data governance standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related fields;
• 2+ Years of experience as a Data Analyst;
• Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases;
• Practical experience using Python for analysis, data processing, and automation;
• Knowledge of statistical inference and applied statistics;
• Proven experience with Power BI, Tableau, and QlikView, including advanced modeling and calculations;
• Deep understanding of data visualization principles;
• Experience working with both on-premise and cloud platforms;
• Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform: Azure, GCP, or AWS;
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively;
• English level from Upper-Intermediate;
• German level from Intermediate+;
• Nice to have: Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines, familiarity with cloud data warehouses, recognised professional certifications, knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
