• Process driver and vehicle additions, deletions, swaps, and VIN corrections.
• Handle endorsements across lines of business: Liability (AL), Physical Damage (PD), Motor Truck Cargo (MTC), General Liability (GL), and others.
• Prepare, review, and issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and official policy documentation.
• Coordinate with US insurance carriers and follow up on pending endorsements and service requests.
• Process policy renewals, changes, and ongoing servicing tasks while maintaining accurate system notes.
• Monitor incoming requests via servicing emails, Telegram, chat, and phone queues.
• Log 100% of incoming servicing requests into TIMS within 15 minutes, assigning proper ownership and due dates.
• Classify and route endorsements, carrier replies, COIs, quotes, and billing inquiries to the correct teams.
• Verify required intake documentation (CDL, MVR, DOB, VIN, registration, loss payee, PCR, unit value, etc.).
• Flag missing information, duplicate submissions, unauthorized requesters, or accounts near expiration/cancellation.
• Enforce the email-only endorsement request policy, guiding clients from chat/phone to formal email submissions.
• Complete EOD reviews to ensure zero unassigned items remain, submitting daily reports to management.

• Hands-on experience in US Commercial Trucking Insurance policy servicing.
• Strong knowledge of commercial trucking policies, endorsements, coverage types (AL, PD, MTC, GL), and carrier workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Agency Management Systems (AMS/TIMS), CRMs, Excel, and ticketing tools.
• Uzbek: Native or Fluent speaker.
• Kyrgyz: Native or Fluent speaker.
• Russian: Native or Fluent speaker.
• English: Advanced written and verbal proficiency (professional email communication with US brokers and carriers).
