• Provide technical consultancy and support to Sales for contract closure
• Discuss and capture technical requirement and design solution for customers incl. ICT projects
• Proposal and solution presentation to customers, Proof-of-Concept (PoC) tests and documentation
• Response to RFP/RFI and bid management
• Take a leading role in post-Sales enterprise projects implementation and operation support
• Reviewing existing solutions/delivered projects in order to propose and implement standardization in regards to equipment configuration and/or work procedures/instructions
• Support Network Operations in case of enterprise customers solution technical issues
• Managed vendor and partner relationship

• University degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years working experience in the data networking and IT industry, security, datacentre services, cloud
• Good product knowledge on SD-WAN, IPVPN, EVPN, Datacentre Services, Cloud, Security IPLC, Internet, IDC and other IP related services
• Fortinet equipment knowledge
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skill in Russian and English languages
• Будет плюсом: Professional qualification (e.g. CCNP, MCSE) will be an added advantage

• Working schedule 5/2, standard office hours. Possibility to work remotely 1 day a week
