- Proactively prospect and develop business in assigned European territories.
- Consult and advise customers, identifying needs and delivering tailor-made automation solutions.
- Conduct on-site visits, analyze requirements, and ensure a high-value consultative sales approach.
- Create and present technical-commercial proposals, including drawings and quotations.
- Design, interpret, and defend complex solutions autonomously using AutoCAD and Excel.
- Maintain and develop strong customer relationships with long-term growth in mind.
- Analyze market trends to identify strategic growth opportunities.
- Plan, organize, and execute commercial actions to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales cycle.
