The SOLO Sales and Business Development Department of JSC Bank of Georgia announces a vacancy for the position of Remote SOLO Banker.

• Manage and develop a portfolio of SOLO customers, and build and maintain long-term, trust-based partnership relationships with customers;
• Conduct active phone communications with existing and potential SOLO customers, identify their financial needs, provide qualified advice, and offer them banking products tailored to their needs;
• Offer customers products/services aligned with their goals and make sales through remote channels;
• Ensure the receipt, completion, and thorough processing of applications for credit products;
• Register deposit products and contribute to the development of investment and deposit areas in the portfolio.

• Georgian – fluent;
• Full knowledge of office computer programs (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Well-developed sales and negotiation skills;
• Analytical, logical, quick thinking;
• Effective time management skills;
• Customer orientation, service skills (politeness, willingness to help customers and show attentiveness, proper referral).
• Будет плюсом: Education: higher education or being a student in the final year is preferred; Work experience: experience working in sales/service/an information center is preferred; Knowledge of English and/or Russian is preferred

• Full-time work schedule (Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00) and a fixed salary + monthly bonus;
