e-commerce sales manager in payment services

Payments Management Department of Bank of Georgia announces a vacancy for the position of Junior E-Commerce Sales Manager .

• Identifying new merchants/partners and conducting negotiations
• Sourcing new e-commerce companies
• Supporting merchants within the assigned portfolio (adding new entities/points of sale, uninterrupted provision of transaction information, and resolving issues)
• Offering and implementing additional features/products for entities in the portfolio
• Continuous care and improvement of portfolio quality
• Offering and managing promotional campaigns for entities in the portfolio
• Record-keeping and proper archiving/filing of agreements
• In-depth knowledge of payment products and continuous awareness of new trends

• Education: Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; final-year student
• Basic knowledge of the payments business is desirable
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or merchant support
• Critical thinking skills
• Effective communication skills
• Focus on personal and professional development
• Organization, courtesy, diligence
• Negotiation and persuasion skills
• Presentation preparation and delivery skills
• Knowledge of English is desirable
