Sales manager in tech services

• Your mission is one thing only: bringing new clients to META.
• Events, networking, meetings and deals.
• Lock in your target account list, build your events calendar and land your first meetings.
• Open your first accounts and see the first Rhinos join them.
• Hit your stride and reach your annual new-accounts target.

• Loves the hunt: goes out to find business instead of waiting for it to arrive
• Gets more energy from opening a new account than from managing an old one
• Thrives on big challenges. Banks, insurers and large accounts with tough procurement don’t scare you
• Has thick skin. A “no” is information, not the end
• Builds relationships easily and keeps them alive
• Is fluent in Portuguese and English
• Is available to work on-site at our Lisbon office, with occasional remote

• Salary range: €16,800 to €23,800 gross per year, depending on seniority
• Commission plan: a bonus for every new account, commission on placements in the accounts you open for 12 months, and an annual target bonus
