Intuitive develops robotic-assisted surgery technologies and works with hospitals and care teams worldwide to advance minimally invasive care.

• Hire, train, and develop the clinical sales team in the region;
• Manage ION System program launches;
• Expand ION procedure usage across existing accounts;
• Manage training and education within the installed base;
• Support KOL development across the region;
• Provide the clinical sales team with new product information and updates on existing products;
• Work with the training and marketing departments.

• Bachelor’s degree;
• Proven track record in ION® sales or 5+ years of clinical sales management experience;
• In-depth knowledge of the Operating Room/Endoscopy Environment;
• Proven background in selling medical capital equipment;
• Experience managing and directing a salesforce in the medical device industry;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Computer literacy;
• Interviewing skills;
• Nice to have: ISI field sales management training course attendance.

• Up to 70% travel and/or presence in the field, depending on business needs;
• Day shift;
• Employment is subject to applicable U.S. export controls, which may require an export license or Technology Control Plan and can extend the hiring process by 3 to 6+ months;
• The position may be filled at a different job level depending on business need and the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills;
• Compensation is based primarily on the job level and the candidate’s qualifications, consistent with applicable law.
