iBuild Group sells apartments in its development projects and construction materials through its group companies.

• Process incoming calls, social media messages, and emails
• Understand client needs and provide accurate information about company projects and products
• Recommend suitable apartments, products, or solutions to clients
• Schedule and conduct meetings at the office or construction site
• Prepare and send clients commercial offers, invoices, and necessary documentation
• Follow up with interested clients and maintain communication until they make a decision
• Manage the sales process and participate in negotiations, contract preparation, and closing deals
• Record clients, communications, and sales stages in the company’s work system
• Coordinate client matters with relevant company employees when needed
• Work toward agreed sales targets

• Ability to build relationships and communicate information clearly and persuasively
• Ability to listen carefully, understand client needs, and offer suitable solutions
• Persistence in moving client communication toward a sale and following up promptly
• Ability to learn new products, projects, and technical information quickly

• Fluent spoken and written Georgian and English
• Good office software skills
• Previous experience in real estate and construction materials is not required
