sales manager in premium beverages

PPD Global, also known as Photos Photiades Distributors Ltd, builds premium beverage brands and serves employees and partners in the food and beverage services industry.

• Set sales targets for the assigned team in collaboration with the Sales Manager;
• Maintain and develop the area clientele and participate in client meetings to continuously improve professional relationships;
• Negotiate commercial agreements to increase sales and improve channel profitability;
• Develop the annual promotional action plan for the assigned channel and oversee its timely and effective implementation;
• Monitor sales department performance using measurable indicators and take immediate corrective action to meet sales, profitability, and expense goals;
• Ensure that the assigned sales team works effectively and collaboratively based on Company principles;
• Act as a role model by incorporating the Company's values and beliefs into daily activities.

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or another related discipline, preferably at postgraduate level;
• 10 Years of experience in consumer product sales, including 5 years as a team leader;
• Excellent negotiation skills;
• Planning and organizational skills;
• Advanced communication skills;
• Leadership skills and strategic thinking;
• Excellent knowledge of Greek;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office;
• Nice to have: Experience with operational ERP systems and BI tools.
