Sales manager in payroll services

• Analyzing current market trends, identifying qualified leads, and building a structured sales pipeline
• You develop innovative sales strategies for our services and software solutions and implement them successfully
• Approaching potential customers through various channels and building an initial relationship of trust with them are also part of your responsibilities
• You give presentations, conduct consultations, and convince potential customers of our services and software solutions
• You manage the entire sales process, from the initial contact through professional contract negotiations to closing the deal. After a successful close, you ensure a seamless internal handover to your colleagues
• Participating in trade fairs, events, and other occasions to represent our company

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained experience in sales, ideally in payroll or in selling software solutions
• You are passionate about sales conversations and enjoy acquiring and advising new customers
• Experience using CRM software and sales tools
• With your strong communication skills, you can present and convey complex issues in an understandable and engaging way
• Fluent German, spoken and written
