Marketing data analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst, you analyze and interpret data to derive well-founded recommendations for action for our clients and internal teams and support the development of digital strategies and marketing activities. You have the opportunity to use AI-powered analysis methods and plan and analyze A/B tests throughout the entire customer journey. Your data-based insights feed directly into collaboration with our strategy, performance marketing, and SEO teams.

• As a Senior Data Analyst, you analyze and interpret data to derive well-founded recommendations for action for our clients and internal teams and support the development of digital strategies and marketing activities.
• You design, implement, and optimize tracking architectures, using tools such as Google Tag Manager, GA4, Piwik PRO, BigQuery, and Data Studio to ensure privacy-compliant, precise, and future-proof data collection.
• You systematically analyze performance data, identify relevant connections, and derive concrete optimization opportunities from it, increasingly also with the support of AI-powered analysis methods.
• You plan and analyze A/B tests throughout the entire customer journey and always keep the next lever in mind.
• You keep an eye on market and competitive developments and contribute data-based insights to collaboration with our strategy, performance marketing, and SEO teams.
• You take data protection and GDPR requirements into account as a matter of course when developing and implementing tracking and analysis concepts.
• Our projects are mainly in an agile environment, and we work with tools such as Miro, Jira, and Confluence.

• You have good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, as well as practical experience working with SQL, ideally complemented by experience with MCP interfaces, connecting AI applications to data sources, and knowledge of Python or R.
• You have an agile mindset and enjoy working with tools such as Miro, Jira, and Confluence.
• You have very good German skills, as our current projects are predominantly conducted in German.
