WestCord Hotels operates 15 hotels, ranging from city hotels to hotels on the Wadden Islands.

• Develop, expand, and manage the direct B2B leisure market
• Acquire new clients and follow up on leads
• Manage contracting and strategic accounts
• Drive revenue, volume, and market growth
• Build partnerships with travel organizations, tour operators, DMCs, group organizations, and other leisure partners
• Focus on group business, bus and coach operators, and international leisure markets
• Attend international trade fairs, workshops, and sales events
• Travel internationally for client visits, trade fairs, and sales activities

• Extensive experience in B2B leisure, travel, hospitality, or tour operating
• Preferably an existing international network of tour operators, DMCs, group organizations, and other leisure partners
• Strong business development skills and ability to open new markets
• Able to build long-term business relationships
• Commercially driven and results-oriented
• Experience with contracting, negotiations, and strategic account management
• Understanding of international leisure markets and commercial opportunities
• Independent, proactive, and entrepreneurial
• Excellent spoken and written Dutch and English
