We offer daily recommendations, a little nonsense, and always pleasure. We’re your friend for every situation, send you on vacation with Reisevergnügen, and produce exciting podcasts. Together, our podcasts reach over 5 million listeners a month. They include our own formats, such as “Hotel Matze” and “Bei Paulsen,” as well as branded podcasts such as “1 plus 1 - Friendship for a While” by SWR.

• You understand native advertising not as a buzzword, but as a marketing tool that brings brands to our listeners through authentic, relevant content.
• You are responsible for building and expanding long-term business relationships by maintaining regular personal, written, and telephone contact with our clients.
• You actively drive new business and identify suitable brands, which you approach directly by email, via LinkedIn, by phone, or in person.
• You coordinate the partnership together with our project management team.
• You take care of invoicing and ensure our clients are satisfied even after the campaign.

• You have at least two to three years of professional experience in sales, especially in new business and B2B customer support.
• You enjoy winning new clients, show initiative, and remain persistent in your outreach.
• You enjoy listening to podcasts yourself.
• You can put yourself in the position of listeners and clients, know our formats, and use that knowledge to develop partnerships that work for both sides, from the proposal through to implementation.
• You are communicative, enjoy negotiating, and work in a structured and independent manner.
• Будет плюсом: Existing contacts with marketing and brand managers are a plus; A basic technical understanding of podcast advertising (e.g., host-read ads, mid-rolls) is a plus, but not required
