• Lead, develop, and inspire the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales objectives;
• Define and execute sales initiatives to drive membership acquisition, retention, and revenue growth;
• Establish sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure accountability against KPIs;
• Oversee the sales cycle, from lead generation and relationship management to membership conversion;
• Analyze lead pipelines, conversion rates, revenue performance, and other sales metrics to identify growth opportunities;
• Mentor and develop Sales Specialists, fostering a high-performance culture and elevated service standards;
• Ensure timely, personalized, and effective follow-up with prospective members;
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports with actionable insights to support business decisions;
• Identify opportunities to optimize sales processes, promotional campaigns, and membership offerings;
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless, premium experience throughout the member journey;
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective members, existing clients, and corporate partners.

• Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in a managerial or team leadership role;
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation capabilities;
• Strong commercial acumen, a results-driven mindset, and analytical thinking;
• Proven ability to manage sales KPIs, evaluate performance, and deliver against ambitious targets;
• Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team;
• Professional, service-oriented approach and strong commitment to client satisfaction;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani;
• Nice to have: Proficiency in English and/or Russian.
