Support Senior Sales Managers with day-to-day client engagement, profitability calculations, call reports, and ad hoc tasks
Draft credit memos and annual reviews for structured transactions
Join client calls and, when ready, lead some calls under the supervision of a Senior Sales Manager
Engage with Middle-Office, Client Services, and Operations teams to ensure client queries and service delivery are handled efficiently
Engage with internal stakeholders, including relationship bankers, portfolio management, credit, legal, compliance, and tax
Review legal documentation for vanilla and structured finance transactions
Develop expertise to help Senior Sales Managers deliver HSBC’s strategies and growth initiatives
Conduct sales performance analytics using CRM systems such as CME and income reporting tools such as Omnia to understand revenue streams and identify trends
Identify missing fees and charges and coordinate actions to rectify them

Knowledge of global trade finance products and market solutions
Knowledge of broader commodity markets and participants
Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, presentation, and decision-making skills
Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
Strong commercial orientation and a customer-driven approach
Ability to work independently when required
Ability to interact with senior executives
