ASBC Georgia operates iSpace, an official Apple Premium Partner, and runs an online sales platform for Apple products.

• Drive the sales performance, growth, and overall strategy of the e-commerce platform to meet and exceed profitability goals;
• Serve as the primary digital point of contact for customers by managing incoming chats across various social media platforms and answering hotline calls;
• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by providing timely resolutions to inquiries and building strong customer relationships;
• Manage and optimize online promotional campaigns;
• Analyze customer shopping trends and behaviors to support assortment selection and identify market gaps;
• Grow customer acquisition and enhance profitability through online sales channels;
• Work closely with the demand planning team to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment.

• Prior experience in a similar e-commerce or digital sales role;
• Solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks and infrastructure;
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, and customer-centric orientation;
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel;
• Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
• Self-motivated, collaborative, adaptable, and a critical thinker;
• Fluent Georgian;
• English B2.
