Sales manager in affiliate marketing

As a central member of our Sales Team, you support the idea of performance-oriented online marketing and make a significant contribution to the development and optimization of our sales strategies. Your focus is especially on acquiring high-revenue advertisers for our affiliate marketing network.

• You acquire new business customers for our affiliate marketing network and actively drive our growth.
• You present our network convincingly, manage leads systematically, and guide them confidently through to contract conclusion.
• You are responsible for the entire sales cycle, from the first approach to a successful handover to the Account Management Team.
• You achieve and exceed your sales targets and KPIs through strategic planning and proactive sales outreach.
• You work closely with your team and are in regular contact with the team and executive management.

• You have completed commercial vocational training or have an equivalent qualification; career changers are very welcome.
• Ideally, you have experience in affiliate or digital marketing.
• You have excellent communication and negotiation skills and are highly committed to providing outstanding customer service.
• You consistently drive the sales process forward and never lose focus on closing, even with complex deals.
• You think strategically and can analyze market trends and turn them into competitive advantages.
