sales manager in AdTech

Mitgo operates in the AdTech sector, working with advertisers, publishers, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce clients.

• Own the full sales cycle with new advertisers globally, from lead qualification to signed contract and first integration;
• Deliver quarterly and annual revenue and advertiser onboarding targets;
• Build and defend commercial terms, including commission rates, technology fees, and minimum budgets, in line with margin goals;
• Maintain a transparent pipeline and reliable forecast for leadership;
• Partner with account management, publisher, legal, and finance teams to launch client programs quickly;
• Feed market and competitor insights back to product.

• 5+ Years of B2B sales experience in affiliate/performance marketing, AdTech, or MarTech;
• Proven track record of closing deals with international brands and e-commerce enterprise clients;
• Deep understanding of CPA/CPS models, attribution, and tracking;
• Fluency in key metrics including ROAS, CAC, and incrementality;
• Proven full-cycle hunting experience with self-generated pipelines;
• Direct access to Head of Performance and CMO-level decision-makers;
• Experience managing long sales cycles;
• Fluent English at C1+ level for high-level negotiations;
• Disciplined CRM management and accurate forecasting;
• Readiness to travel and represent the company at key industry events;
• Nice to have: A second language relevant to target regions.
