Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets;
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers;
Implement the sales strategy in the assigned market;
Maintain, develop, and promote the brand in cooperation with the sales and marketing team;
Monitor the automotive market, competition, and trends to identify risks and business opportunities;
Track competitors’ pricing, discounts, and promotional campaigns;
Visit local customers, conduct planned meetings, and submit visit reports;
Develop customer assortments and expand the sales portfolio;
Visit end customers of company clients to support direct customers;
Monitor and manage the collection of customer receivables;
Develop and implement sales programs and participate in internal and external projects;
Coordinate and resolve customer complaints with relevant departments;
Report on sales results, achieved targets, and business improvement proposals;
Work with the CRM database and update customer data and sales activities;
Prepare and implement promotional activities, trade fairs, presentations, and trainings;
Present the brand and promote products to potential and existing customers;
Maintain customer contact for future cooperation and additional sales opportunities;
Cooperate with marketing, logistics, finance, customer support, and other departments.
требования
3–5 Years of relevant B2B sales experience;
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and managing customer portfolios;
Good understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, competition analysis, pricing, and promotional activities;
Experience developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers and business partners;
Experience with CRM systems and preparing accurate, up-to-date sales reports;
Basic knowledge and experience monitoring customer credit limits and collecting receivables;
Understanding of automotive spare parts and product characteristics, or strong willingness to quickly acquire technical product knowledge;
Experience participating in internal and external projects related to sales development and business improvement;
Good command of English, spoken and written;
Valid B-category driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned market;
Strong results orientation, ownership of results, and focus on sales performance;
Customer focus and ability to build trust-based, long-term partnerships;
Confident negotiation and communication skills;
Analytical thinking, problem-solving, planning, organization, collaboration, adaptability, and innovation;
Nice to have: experience in the automotive or spare parts industry, additional languages.
