Alinotec is a partner for reliable and innovative security technology. The company designs, builds, and maintains security systems connected to its emergency and service control center for continuous alarm verification, delivering holistic security solutions across Germany.

• Win new customers by actively approaching prospects in the assigned sales territory and presenting temporary security solutions;
• Develop existing customers and build long-term cooperation;
• Organize the workday independently from a home office and travel extensively to visit customers on site;
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues during onboarding and use support from the Customer Relations Center.

• Communicate confidently and persuasively;
• Enjoy building long-term customer relationships;
• Work in a goal-oriented and well-organized manner;
• Be prepared to take responsibility;
• Hold a Category B driving license;
• Be willing to travel;
• German at a professional negotiation level (C2);
• English at a conversational level (B1-B2);
• Nice to have: experience in construction equipment rental, security technology, or construction.

• A work permit for Germany is required.
