• Develop and implement sales strategies for Bellevue Residence Suites and Boulevard Hotel Batumi;
• Build and develop relationships with corporate clients, tour operators, wholesale agents, and OTA partners;
• Find new sales channels and partnerships, conduct negotiations, and prepare agreements;
• Manage the existing client portfolio and ensure long-term cooperation;
• Analyze sales results and prepare regular reports for management;
• Develop pricing strategies and manage dynamic pricing on a daily basis;
• Forecast demand and optimize revenue to maximize income;
• Manage distribution channels, including OTA, PMS, and Channel Manager, and control rate parity;
• Analyze competitors and monitor market trends;
• Regularly analyze and report key indicators, including RevPAR, ADR, and Occupancy;
• Negotiate with potential commercial tenants and agree on the best terms;
• Prepare and execute commercial lease agreements;
• Monitor payment schedules of commercial tenants and control timely settlements.

• At least 2 years of experience in sales or revenue management in the hotel industry;
• Technical and analytical thinking;
• Very good knowledge of Excel;
• Knowledge of English and Russian;
• Negotiation and contract management skills;
• Attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
