Enpal makes this possible with an integrated solution for decentralized energy—from solar systems and battery storage to wallboxes, smart meters and heat pumps. At its heart is our AI-powered Enpal.One+ platform, which intelligently connects thousands of systems and optimizes electricity consumption and feed-in on the energy market. Enpal Heat is Enpal’s heat pump business unit. We are the market leader and install more than 10,000 heat pumps per year.

• You are highly interested in convincing customers in sales conversations through your own skills and thereby turning quotes into successful orders.
• You have contact exclusively with prequalified customers.
• You conduct sales conversations using the industry’s most innovative video conferencing tool, giving you personal face-to-face contact with customers without working in the field.
• You work at a digital workstation with a modern CRM system.
• You help bring an expansion of our product portfolio to market and scale it.

• You have already gained and can demonstrate initial sales experience (1–2 years).
• You are motivated to build technical knowledge of the product being sold and to support customers as their point of contact with any questions.
• You integrate quickly into teams and are willing to learn from your teammates.
• You are a personable, outgoing and strong communicator, and a loyal team player.
