• Create, develop, and execute sales strategies for products and services for households through digital channels;
• Own online sales growth, business target delivery, and the digital channel’s financial results;
• Monitor and optimize sales KPIs, conversion rates, and sales funnel efficiency;
• Manage end-to-end sales processes and develop Digital Sales Journeys;
• Develop sales platforms and self-service channels, and implement technologies supporting sales, including automation and AI-based solutions;
• Design and execute initiatives supporting online sales growth, including digital campaigns, CRO initiatives, A/B tests, and Growth Management activities;
• Define and develop digital visibility strategies through SEO/GEO to support customer acquisition and online sales;
• Identify new business development opportunities, sales channels, and market trends;
• Build effective collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, and IT teams;
• Manage, develop, and motivate the digital sales team.

• At least 5 years of experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or online channel development, including experience building and scaling digital sales;
• At least 2 years of team management experience in a dynamic environment;
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, fintech, telco, or energy;
• Proven success in achieving sales targets and developing online sales;
• Experience with digital sales channels, performance marketing, and e-commerce;
• Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on KPIs and business metrics;
• Experience managing budgets and responsibility for financial results (P&L);
• Strategic thinking combined with effective execution of operational activities;
• Ability to build collaboration with various stakeholders and manage change;
• Very good command of English;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of AI solutions, sales automation, and marketing automation.
