Sales Manager

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base;
• Nurture existing client relationships and drive revenue growth;
• Develop and execute sales strategies;
• Conduct client meetings and presentations;
• Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts;
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure service quality and resolve issues;
• Align logistics solutions with client needs;
• Monitor sales performance, report on key metrics, and forecast demand;
• Contribute to pricing and market positioning decisions.

• Strong sales, account management, and business development abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets;
• Understanding of logistics, transportation, or supply chain services, or the ability to learn these domains quickly;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
• Ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse clients;
• Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools;
• Good data analysis and reporting skills;
• Leadership, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment;
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience;
• Working proficiency in English;
• Nice to have: Previous experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar commercial role in logistics or related industries.

• The role is based on-site in Tashkent.
