Sales Manager

Toyota Royal Motors Uzbekistan represents globally recognized automotive brands focused on quality, safety, innovation, reliable vehicles, and exceptional customer service across regional markets.

• Lead and grow the vehicle sales business;
• Oversee the sales team, set targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals;
• Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, customer consultations, negotiations, and closing deals;
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction;
• Coach and train sales staff;
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports;
• Coordinate with marketing and service departments;
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations;
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities;
• Maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients.

• Proven experience in automotive or B2C sales management, including setting targets, tracking performance, and driving team results;
• Strong customer relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling skills;
• Experience in team leadership, including coaching, training, performance feedback, and motivation of sales staff;
• Ability to analyze market data, prepare sales forecasts, and use CRM or sales reporting tools for decision-making;
• Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deals and priorities simultaneously;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in relevant local languages;
• Russian and/or English proficiency;
• High integrity, customer focus, and commitment to delivering a professional and inclusive service experience;
• Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, familiarity with Toyota and Lexus brands, automotive products, and financing options.
