Sales Manager

Ruijie Networks specializes in the manufacturing of communications equipment and provides IT services and consulting.

• Sell company solutions and products;
• Achieve sales targets and expand market share;
• Conduct market investigations and identify business opportunities;
• Develop new customers and maintain existing ones to deepen relationships;
• Identify and develop industry key channel partners;
• Plan and co-organize marketing events for end users and channel partners;
• Search for and engage with CIO/CTO groups, communities, and clubs.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT-related majors such as computer science or software;
• At least 5 years of overseas experience in education, healthcare, government, FSI, or medium and large enterprise industries;
• Efficient sales project management capabilities, controlling the process from opportunity discovery to order placement;
• Experience in partner development, management, and cooperation;
• Experience in developing, operating, and winning large projects;
• English proficiency;
• Nice to have: Experience in the education industry.
