Sales Manager

• Manage and grow relationships with key travel trade partners, corporate clients, and agencies;
• Ensure sales targets and revenue objectives are achieved;
• Monitor account performance and prepare sales reports;
• Coordinate promotional activities;
• Support partners with product information and issue resolution;
• Conduct regular meetings and market visits;
• Identify new business opportunities;
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, revenue management, and customer service to optimize account potential;
• Represent the company professionally in the market and uphold brand standards.

• Demonstrated skills in key account management, client relationship building, and stakeholder coordination;
• Experience in sales, business development, and revenue growth within aviation, travel, or related industries;
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
• Analytical skills for tracking performance and using data to support decisions;
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM or sales management tools;
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience;
• Fluency in English;
• Ability to work on-site and travel within the region;
• Nice to have: Familiarity with airline distribution systems, knowledge of Russian and Kyrgyz languages.
