Must be based in Georgia and ready to travel extensively across the country.

Conciergia provides an AI-powered digital concierge solution designed to disrupt the hospitality industry.

Spend approximately 70% of time conducting face-to-face sales meetings with hotel managers;
Perform cold calls and cold visits to generate new leads;
Attend industry events and collaborate with the marketing team to maintain the sales pipeline;
Build and maintain professional relationships with hospitality industry stakeholders;
Manage incoming leads and convert them into paying customers;
Conduct on-the-ground market research and report insights to the management team.

Proven track record and solid skills in active sales;
Excellent communication and objection handling skills;
Based in Georgia and ready to travel extensively across the country;
Native fluency in Georgian;
Advanced level of English;
Nice to have: Experience in TravelTech (PMS, Channel Managers, Booking Software, or other hospitality SaaS).
