задачи
- Spend approximately 70% of time conducting face-to-face sales meetings with hotel managers;
- Perform cold calls and cold visits to generate new leads;
- Attend industry events and collaborate with the marketing team to maintain the sales pipeline;
- Build and maintain professional relationships with hospitality industry stakeholders;
- Manage incoming leads and convert them into paying customers;
- Conduct on-the-ground market research and report insights to the management team.
требования
- Proven track record and solid skills in active sales;
- Excellent communication and objection handling skills;
- Based in Georgia and ready to travel extensively across the country;
- Native fluency in Georgian;
- Advanced level of English;
- Nice to have: Experience in TravelTech (PMS, Channel Managers, Booking Software, or other hospitality SaaS).
