задачи
- Lead the entire sales cycle, including prospect identification, tendering, deal optimization, negotiation, and closure of wind farm supply contracts;
- Establish solid customer relationships, build trust, and understand customer business cases to develop value propositions;
- Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration within a matrix organization and across group functions;
- Monitor and assess market trends and customer/competitor activities;
- Handle internal and external stakeholders;
- Contribute to the development of commercial strategy;
- Lead strategic initiatives across Sales Central;
- Act as a stand-in for the Sales Director on an as-needed basis.
требования
- Master's in Business or Engineering degree or equivalent;
- 5+ Years of experience as a Sales manager or Commercial Project Manager in complex environments;
- Contract negotiation skills and experience with complex technical contracts;
- Fluent in German and English;
- Role model for the team in skills, attitude, and problem-solving proficiency;
- Ability to identify and involve business stakeholders;
- Nice to have: Ability to deliver results under agile conditions, solid communication skills, financial understanding, strong business acumen, strategic thinking.
