Sales Manager

Appnext provides end-to-end discovery solutions for mobile devices, leveraging direct partnerships with OEM brands and carriers. The company utilizes patented behavioral analytics technology to predict user app needs and deliver personalized, contextual recommendations. Established in 2012, it operates as a large independent mobile discovery platform across emerging markets.

• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals;
• Introduce and position programmatic and CTV solutions to direct advertisers, app developers, and agencies;
• Drive new business growth while managing and expanding existing accounts;
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a strategic advisor for mobile UA and programmatic campaigns;
• Identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell to maximize client ROI;
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client success;
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums in Russia and the CIS region.

• Based in Moscow with strong knowledge of the Russia/CIS digital advertising ecosystem;
• 4+ Years of sales experience in the region;
• 2+ Years in mobile adtech with a focus on performance-driven advertising (UA/programmatic);
• Strong network of advertisers and agencies;
• Solid knowledge of traffic analytics and MMPs (AppMetrica, Adjust, Appsflyer, MyTracker);
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in English and Russian;
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, hit targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
• Nice to have: Experience in mobile app discovery, familiarity with CTV advertising, proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
