задачи
- Qualify SMB leads and convert them into tours and closed deals through inbound and outbound channels;
- Assess customer needs to ensure solutions align with expectations regarding budget, timeline, quality, and service;
- Prepare and present suitable proposal offers based on company guidelines;
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with customers;
- Collaborate with the Community Manager to ensure smooth customer onboarding;
- Analyze and optimize sales targets for each SMB customer;
- Identify new customer needs and forecast future expansion opportunities;
- Manage monthly payment issues;
- Execute SMB retention plans;
- Support the Customer Experience team with member service and support.
требования
- Experience in B2B sales;
- Extensive experience working with various companies and stakeholders;
- Strong multitasking and time management skills to balance multiple projects under strict deadlines;
- Ability to make responsible decisions quickly in changing situations;
- Self-aware, thorough, and resourceful approach to problem-solving;
- Ability to build trust and confidence with a wide range of clients;
- Ability to work independently toward targets and goals;
- German and English (oral and written);
- Nice to have: Team player mindset, Creative and quick thinking, Ability to adjust to a fast-paced environment.
