Sales Manager

• Qualify SMB leads and convert them into tours and closed deals through inbound and outbound channels;
• Assess customer needs to ensure solutions align with expectations regarding budget, timeline, quality, and service;
• Prepare and present suitable proposal offers based on company guidelines;
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with customers;
• Collaborate with the Community Manager to ensure smooth customer onboarding;
• Analyze and optimize sales targets for each SMB customer;
• Identify new customer needs and forecast future expansion opportunities;
• Manage monthly payment issues;
• Execute SMB retention plans;
• Support the Customer Experience team with member service and support.

• Experience in B2B sales;
• Extensive experience working with various companies and stakeholders;
• Strong multitasking and time management skills to balance multiple projects under strict deadlines;
• Ability to make responsible decisions quickly in changing situations;
• Self-aware, thorough, and resourceful approach to problem-solving;
• Ability to build trust and confidence with a wide range of clients;
• Ability to work independently toward targets and goals;
• German and English (oral and written);
