The company operates in the fintech sector, focusing on payment solutions for high-risk industries such as Forex and iGaming.

• Drive new business acquisition within target markets and verticals, with a focus on Forex and iGaming;
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and outreach to negotiations and signed agreements;
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with merchants and strategic partners;
• Engage directly with decision-makers, including CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and Heads of Payments;
• Monitor industry trends, market changes, and competitor activity;
• Work closely with Product and internal stakeholders to support product improvements based on client and market needs;
• Maintain a stable and predictable pipeline of new business opportunities.

• Strong B2B sales background within Fintech, Payments, PSP, or Gateway companies;
• Solid understanding of online payments, acquiring, and payment processing flows;
• Proven ability to independently drive the full sales cycle and successfully close deals;
• Existing network within the iGaming and/or Forex industries;
• Experience working with high-risk merchants;
• Fluent English;
• Strong negotiation and communication skills;
• Ability to independently manage the sales pipeline and take ownership of results;
• Relationship-oriented mindset with focus on long-term partnerships;
• Commercially driven and results-focused approach;
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Russian, experience selling payment orchestration solutions, background working with international or high-load fintech products.
