At Donaldson, we are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to grow our Industrial Filtration business across Central Spain. This is a strategic customer-facing role offering a high degree of autonomy, strong technical support, and the opportunity to work with innovative filtration solutions that help create cleaner and safer industrial environments.

The successful candidate should be based in Madrid and willing to travel up to 60% of the time within the assigned territory.

• Manage and develop sales of dust and fume filtration solutions across Central Spain, including the provinces of Cáceres, Badajoz, Toledo, Ciudad Real, Madrid, Guadalajara, Cuenca, Teruel, and Zaragoza.
• Drive revenue growth in line with Donaldson's commercial strategy.
• Maintain and develop existing customer relationships while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable technical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Engineering, Technical Support, and subcontractors.
• Manage customer projects from the sales phase through installation and commissioning.
• Accurately track opportunities and activities in the CRM system to support reliable sales forecasting.
• Provide regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights.
• Promote Donaldson's products, technologies, and brand within the industrial market.
• Contribute to expanding Donaldson's presence in new industries and market segments.

Travel Requirement: Up to 60% within the assigned territory.

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Energy Engineering, Electromechanics, or a related technical field.
• Commercial experience within the industrial sector, preferably involving industrial process equipment or solutions.
• Minimum 2 years of direct B2B sales experience in an industrial environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of the industrial filtration sector and/or industrial manufacturing environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and comfortable working autonomously from a home-office environment.
• Strong customer orientation, adaptability, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in an international environment.
