Sales Director

As Sales Director, you will be responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy for XTB’s investment products and services. You will lead and develop high-performing sales teams, oversee revenue growth, ensure operational excellence, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of sales performance, team management, budgeting, and strategic planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
• Professional finance certifications, licenses, or courses
• 5+ years of proven experience in sales management within a brokerage, trading, or financial services environment
• At least 3 years of proven experience leading and managing a sales team, with responsibility for team performance, targets, coaching, and development
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Experience managing sales KPIs, performance plans, and incentive structures
• Experience working with high-value or VIP clients and handling complex negotiations
• Strong command of spoken and written English and Arabic
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• In-depth knowledge of derivatives (futures, CFDs, options)
• Strong understanding of international financial markets, including OTC products
• Structured, process-driven, and team-oriented mindset
• Strong customer orientation with proven sales success
• Advanced analytical, planning, and decision-making abilities
