Hemmerich Consulting helps German SMEs use AI sensibly and in compliance with the law. Our core product is the AI driving licence, a practical workshop that simultaneously meets the requirements of the EU AI Act (Art. 4) and issues a certificate to every participant. We also offer AI process analyses and individual implementation projects. We are a young, growing company with real customers, clear products and a price list you can use right away.

• You identify companies in Germany, focusing on Bavaria, that can benefit from our services, build relationships with managing directors and IT decision-makers, and close deals.
• You work through the full cycle: as an SDR, you build the pipeline, and because you independently prepare offers for most products, you also close deals yourself like an AE, without waiting for me.
• You sell the AI driving licence for companies: €1,990–€5,890, depending on company size.
• You sell AI process analyses: €990–€3,200.
• You bring leads for individually priced AI implementation projects, which are usually worth considerably more; I define the scope.
• You can always use this bonus argument: Bavarian SMEs with up to 50 employees and annual revenue of up to €10 million can apply for up to €30,000 in funding through Digitalbonus Bayern. This significantly reduces the customer's price.

• Experience in B2B sales or a demonstrable network of managing directors / decision-makers
• Self-motivation and hunger to succeed — commission only works with consistency
• A basic understanding of AI topics (you don't have to be a technician, but you do need to understand the product)
• A professional manner with SME decision-makers (use informal or formal address depending on the context)

• The better you deliver, the more the role grows with you: from a freelance commission-based arrangement to permanent employment and eventually to Head of Sales, leading a team. If you simply want to remain a strong salesperson without a leadership role, we will retain you for the long term just as well.
• The collaboration is as a self-employed commercial agent (§ 84 HGB) or a freelance contractor on a project basis. There is no employment relationship and we do not pay social security contributions.
