Sales and marketing specialist in logistics

We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will develop and implement our company's growth strategies in international markets and lead new customer acquisition. You will also manage existing customer relationships and support the team in achieving sales targets.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Expand the customer portfolio and build relationships with new customers.
• Visit customers to strengthen relationships.
• Identify potential customers and make cold calls.
• Analyze customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Promote the company by participating in fairs, seminars, and other events.
• Prepare reports and analyses and maintain regular communication with management.

• University degree (preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field).
• At least 5 years of experience in a Sales and Marketing position.
• Good command of English and/or Russian (additional languages are preferred).
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and a results-oriented approach.
• Availability to travel.
