• Participate in attracting stores and companies that could become potential bank partners to enter into partnerships;
• Conduct individual negotiations with companies to agree on partnership terms and conclude contracts;
• Maintain and further improve good relationships with existing partners;
• Provide support in resolving difficulties that arise during the bank’s cooperation with an onboarded partner;
• Regularly monitor the partner portfolio and make proposals to keep existing partners’ turnover active and increase it;
• Oversee the monitoring of debts between partners and the bank;
• Contact partners every month and ensure that collections are made on time.
• Oversee the preparation of invoices corresponding to outstanding debts and their submission to partners;
• Oversee the sending of electronic invoices corresponding to signed invoices and work closely with the relevant departments;
• Oversee the sending of account statements to partners corresponding to invoices;
• Oversee the process of adding information about partners to all digital channels;
• Submit monthly reports to the department head and the department director;
• Collaborate in carrying out other functions arising from the department’s responsibilities.

• Higher education (a degree in Sales, Management, or Marketing is preferred);
• At least 2 years of work experience in sales, partnerships, or B2B relationship management;
• Excellent command of Azerbaijani and conversational Russian;
• Computer skills: advanced knowledge of MS Office, ability to use modern digital tools, and ability to prepare presentations;
• Strong analytical ability;
• Responsibility, initiative, efficiency, and decision-making ability;
• Fluent speech and the ability to deliver comprehensive presentations;
• Strong communication skills;
• Ability to work in a team.
