Sales advisor in automotive

GT Group announces a vacancy for a Sales Advisor position in the BYD brand's passenger, electric, and plug-in hybrid vehicle segment. GT Group is a diversified holding company with various types of commercial and service operations.

• Know the features of the vehicles presented in the showroom.
• Manage the customer service process in accordance with the standards established by the company.
• Answer incoming calls and provide customers with as much information as possible about both the vehicles for sale and the existing services and current promotions.
• Manage the entire sales process: identify customer needs and select and offer a vehicle tailored to them, schedule a test drive, prepare the relevant documentation in the event of a sale, inform the customer about warranty terms, and hand over the vehicle to the customer in proper condition.
• Continuously work to increase vehicle sales by finding potential customers and communicating effectively with them.
• Know certain information about competing companies in the market: price and features, and comparative analysis of strengths and weaknesses.
• Participate in receiving vehicles (visual inspection, planning their storage and parking).
• Participate in determining, planning, and selecting vehicles to be ordered.
• Participate in various types of qualification-enhancement training.

• Higher education.
• Knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Category B driver's license.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Organized and responsible.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Будет плюсом: Experience working in a similar position in the automotive sector is preferred; Knowledge of English will be considered an advantage
