Are you a results-driven sales professional looking to advance your career in the Fintech and Online Trading industry? Libertex is hiring a Spanish-Speaking Retention Sales Specialist to drive client engagement and portfolio growth across the LatAm region. In this remote sales position, you will be the primary point of contact for newly registered users on the Libertex trading platform. Your core mission is to introduce new clients to our ecosystem, build strong customer relationships, guide them through their initial platform experience, and convert registrations into active traders by securing their first deposit (FTD).

• Execute targeted outbound outreach to newly registered LatAm clients to drive initial engagement and platform onboarding.
• Guide users through account setup, platform navigation, and financial market opportunities to convert leads into active depositors.
• Utilize CRM tools to track lead progression, log client interactions, and manage sales pipelines efficiently.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for client retention, active trading accounts, and deposit conversion rates.

• Native or near-native Spanish (C1/C2) is mandatory.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard sales tracking tools.
• Strong objection-handling skills, high motivation to achieve financial targets, continuous learning mindset, and self-discipline for remote work environment.
