Remote small business acquisition banker

The SME Sales Department of JSC Bank of Georgia is announcing a vacancy for the position of Small Business Remote Acquisition Banker.

• Manage proactive communication with companies newly registered in the Public Registry and inform them about and offer them the terms of Bank of Georgia's business banking services.
• Share the advantages of the business package with potential customers, offer them the products included in the package, and support them if they have additional needs.
• Explain the account-opening process through remote channels to customers, provide information about the terms and benefits of the bank's payment products, and offer additional support if needed.

• Higher education, preferably in finance, banking, economics, or business administration.
• Preferably at least 6 months of experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Full conversational proficiency in English (B2-C1).
• Well-developed negotiation and sales skills.
• A high level of responsibility, strong work motivation, and initiative.
• Organizational skills, including the ability to plan, set work objectives appropriately, and manage time.
• Logical and analytical thinking.
• Professional knowledge of office computer programs.

• Full-time schedule (Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00) and a fixed salary plus a monthly bonus.
