Acba Bank OJSC operates in the banking, credit, finance, and insurance industry.

• Regularly study the Bank’s corporate customer databases to ensure data accuracy and relevance;
• Organize the classification of corporate customers;
• Continuously analyze the industry, competitors, and local and international markets to assess the Bank’s market positioning and define the strategic direction of its corporate business;
• Develop standard templates for customer proposals and individual proposals jointly with corporate customer relationship managers;
• Develop relationship management and service standards for corporate customers, continuously monitor them, and ensure their relevance;
• Develop tools for collecting comprehensive information about corporate customers;
• Participate in developing campaigns aimed at expanding the corporate business;
• Propose improvements to work processes;
• Propose improvements to products, services, and processes to the Corporate Business Development Team Leader and the Head of the Corporate Business Department;
• Periodically summarize completed work and prepare reports;
• Organize the preparation and submission of relevant reports to departments and/or governing bodies in accordance with the frequency and content defined by the Bank’s internal legal acts.

• More than 2 years of experience in the banking sector;
• Higher education;
• Excellent Armenian;
• Good English and Russian;
• Presentation skills;
• Communication skills;
• Analytical thinking and business analysis skills;
• Knowledge of banking legislation;
• Flexible thinking and the ability to propose solutions;
• Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously;
• Time management skills;
• Strong sense of responsibility;
• Nice to have: Experience in corporate banking.
